Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Refunds & Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mycuraessentials.com with your order details.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Replacements & Repairs

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
  • To request a replacement or repair, contact us at support@mycuraessentials.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and proof of issue (such as photos or videos).
  • For items eligible for repair, we will provide instructions for sending back the product.

Warranty

  • All products come with a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
  • If a product defect covered by our warranty is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
